A Pleasant Stay

I booked this hotel for my parents and they liked the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the hotel. Based on their good feedback, I would definitely recommend this hotel my friends and family

1 Star hotel at the cost of 5 star

Mattresses are probably 10 yrs old spring based mattresses. Got the back pain and had to sleep on floor. Restaurant service is very poor. Food is generally cold. Didn't get the room that I booked. I was charged extra amount. Staff argued with me while day and wasted my 1 day of vacation time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time out to review our property. We consider guest feedback essential to improving our experiences. I regret to note that your experience with us was not upto the benchmarks we have set for ourselves in terms of The Abduz experience. We have in fact discussed your case at length and would like to give our point of view in this regard. You had made an online reservation on 29th Mar 2021 and were due to check-in on 03rd April 2021. The reservation which you have made was on single occupancy. But at the time of arrival we have observed total four persons are going to occupy the room. We have brought the same to your notice and we have done our best in offering you very special price for all occupants in the same room. But the same was refused by you and wanted to occupy the room at same single occupancy tariff. And the second option we have offered you to change the occupants through the online channel you booked. But that also was refused by you. We truly understand your frustration. But as a hotel we have to follow our standard operating procedure too. Let me assure you that our decision was not taken without consideration or thought. We wish to conclude by thanking you once more for your feedback and hope to make it up to you on your next visit. We look forward to welcoming you again at our hotel.

Staff could not be more attentive and helpful . It’s a lovely clean hotel with good food and excellent service at am affordable price. Sure there are loads of low budget places here but why take the risk when for a reasonable budget you will be sure of clean water good food and staff that will help you at every turn! Five stars well deserved
