The property location is not good and very far from city with no access to market or shops nearby. The property doesn’t have a lift and we had to climb up three storeys for room access. The room was big however the sitting area mattress was in a poor condition. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Dear Madam
Thanks for your Feedback. All the Resorts in Leh are located little away from the city, as you enjoy the natural beauty of the Leh while staying at the Resort. We only have two floor and not three, there are rooms on Ground Floor, first Floor and second Floor. The View of the valley is best from the Second floor rooms. As a protocol we do not require lift for two floor resort.
We will surely look into the Mattress feedback.

Not a great hotel for every one.
Publié le 5 avr. 2021 sur HotelsI booked it for my parents but there is no warm water available in many rooms. Water sometimes comes and sometimes doesn't at all. My parents had to request for water often. It's located far from city so you cannot visit city often unless you have your own car. Overall the stay was ok. Not recommendable to anyone besides someone who is out for trekking or hiking and is driving their own vehicle.

Publié le 9 juill. 2019 sur HotelsAmazing Hosts. Wonderful place. We loved our visit and will have a long memory of Laddakh in our lives because of great hotel staff. Don't forget to ask for Dorjee driver for your taxi travel. One of the best driver I have every driven with (and you will need it because of rough terrain). I could trust him with my family in car on treacherous Himalayan roads and a whole bunch of aggressive drivers around.
