From the moment we entered to check in. No hello and the front desk didnt ask for ID. So anyone could lf gotten my reservation.
They also made sure to say my room number outloud which is a huge violation of safety. Power outlets in room didnt work.
Bed was roxk hard and when i asked for more pillows as ours were gross. The response was you can ask tomorrow.
Breakfast was gross. Walked out as it was not fresh. Front desk in the morning didnt care of my problems. Comfort innn. More like.uncomforatable everything.

The room was great. It was clean the beds are comfortable. However we checked in with 3 people and only had 1 towel in the bathroom. Had to asks two days in a row for more towels. The blanket on one of the beds was stained or just dirty with a BIG yellow mark. The cable for the T.V was the worst.

Our stay
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe tenant at the desk, seem to not be feeling well. She was wearing a mask and gave us our cards but didn't tell us about breakfast times, where the elevator was. Room and stay seemed adequate . Clean, and 2 beds like reserved.
