Nous avons attendus très longtemps à l’accueil avant que quelqu’un aille se plaindre pour qu’on soit pris en charge. En rentrant dans la chambre, il y avait une odeur très désagréable. De plus la salle de bain n’était pas tout à fait propre.

It was so Noisy and Scetchy for being in Lehi, and right next to the freeway,bikes where racing and we had bad service checking in.

Easy check in but housekeeping left my door open after cleaning it and the front desk said nobody had been in there so it had to have been me that left it open, yet the dirty towels had been removed and I doubled check the door before leaving for the day. Grateful I took all my important stuff with me. Super loud environment, lots of yelling and dogs barking.

Horrible stay

Horrible,—dirty &smellyI either homeless and/or immigrants LIVING there. NON-smoking room smelled so bad of smoke--tobacco and marijuana, that we asked for a change. no room available to switch. we actually left early and went to another rental to get a good night's sleep and rest because the condition were so deplorable. no offer for refund or even trying to make it right. it was NOT disclosed on Hotels.com that this was a hotel where people lived.

It was the most inexpensive room available on hotels.com. There were many long term tenants, some with dogs that barked often. Kids were aiming red laser pointers from their window directly at me. I guess they were unsupervised. No one told them that could hurt someone's eyesight. The rooms are bare bones, but the bed was ok and the AC/heater worked. It was a place to sleep that I could secure, but don't leave anything in your car. Posted signs suggest there are break-ins and they take no responsibility for they on their property.
