Nice spot for an overnight
Publié le 17 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe space was clean and neat. Flooring throughout could use an update. Pretty beaten up. Everything worked and easy to locate. I would encourage the owner to take the plugins out or at least only use simple fragrances like cinnamon or apple…the purfume scent was way too overwhelming including the fabric softener used on all the bedding. Felt like you were “drinking” the scent it was sooo powerful! For people who have allergies to fragrance it was definitely way too much.

Nice stay & walkable to restaurants
Publié le 26 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayLayout and amenities were nice, appreciated the coffee and the brochure drawer. Check in was easy and mgmt was fast to answer inquiry. Walking distance to Bonnie & Clyde's. For those who are sensitive to scents, plug in air fresheners are in every room but plenty of windows to air out after they're pulled and bagged. Only other complaints was the occasional ice maker noise and the overhead lighting, (we pulled a lamp from the bedroom to use in the living room for our stay). All in all an enjoyable stay.

Location in middle of little downtown Leehighton!

The window AC units were a little noisy though and made it difficult for my wife to sleep, recommend replacing with central HVAC or quieter window units.

Easy In. Easy Out.
Publié le 29 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a great location for an easy drive to Blue Mountain for skiing. Easy access to Jim Thorpe to explore. Great antique shops as well as restaurants within walking distance. Contactless check in/out and immediate response with any questions.

Great spring weekend in Jim Thorpe
Publié le 5 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayProperty was very clean and perfect amount of space for the three of us. My 8 year old really enjoyed the arcade machine. Jim Thorpe town was less than 10 minutes away. The bakery next door worked well for a sweeter breakfast. Rode the train and went rafting — Overall, a great stay!
