Low price but still disappointing
Publié le 19 juin 2022 sur HotelsFirstly, I should say that I did only pay £55 for the night, so I can't expect too much. I just needed a place to crash for the night as I in Leicester to catch up with some friends at the nearby Everards Beer Hall. I opted for this hotel over one of the budget chains as I thought it would have a bit more character. Unfortunately the common areas had a strange musty smell and looked very tired and dirty.
The room itself was ok. The bed was on the soft side but I slept fine after a long day and a night of drinking. Disappointingly there was no hot water in the morning so I left without being able to shower (there had been warm water for a shower the evening before). The toilet seat was also loose.

Nothing wrong basic but fine very good busy curry house next door Martin was very nice and helpful.

The room was very nice plenty of room,room was very cold and took about 3 hrs to warm up.the TV was broken was a bit gutted but they didn't know about it till I told them other than that it was a good stay,staff was friendly and very professional many thanks.

Budget and i personally will avoid

I accepted this but even so the bathrooms have mould in it, very thin walls and very noisy neighbours are a misery. Managed ro sleep as i was shattered from a very long drive but given the price range offered, i think it really needs a hell of a lot of work and a proper thorough clean.
