Hotel vétuste a renover rapidement !

Personnel sympa et accueillant
Chambre vetuste, moquette sale, fenetres tres mal isolées, ...
Le chauffage fait un bruit horrible
Wifi tres bien
Salle de sport bien equipee avec un accueil tres professionnel
Piscine, sauna, Jacuzzi bien, mais espaces a renover
Bonne situation

Publié le 11 sept. 2017 sur HotelsJuste une nuit mais nous y serions restés avec plaisir sous réserve que les voisins changent..... Hôtel très agréable. Seule ombre au tableau,nous avions une chambres mitoyenne à une autre chambre avec une porte de communication et nous avions des voisins très bruyants.

The renovation going on made the entry and exit very cumbersome and risky

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 2 nights in total. Our original room was a 2 double bed room. When we first got our room we were happy. It had a connecting door to the room next door which we didnt think anything of. That was until our neighbours came back. We could hear everything (even the noise of the spoon stirring in their cup). They had a very noisy child who cried constantly and they spoke very loudly. As the connecting door was just a door (not soundproofed or a fire door) it really sounded like they were in the room with us. Their child constantly tried to open the door which scared my autistic daughter and very little sleep was had that night. The next day when we came back from our day out, my daughter was very unsettled, worried about another noisy night of no sleep, so i went and spoke to reception to see what could be done. I spoke to Claire who was a god send. She fully understood the struggle i faced with my daughter and went out her way to help. I offered to pay extra to be put in a room with no connecting door and said i didnt mind if the room only had 1 bed but she took care of everything, moving us to the eigth floor, where the traffic noise was much quieter, and to a room with one double bed but no connecting door (hurrah!). This room was much more spacious and so much quieter. The relief on my daughters face was priceless. I cant thank Claire enough for her help and understanding.
We had breakfast each day which was full of variety and well stocked.
