un hôtel très "sympathique" et bien placé, avec du personnel, un équipempent et des prestations générales très bonnes. Mais un SERIEUX PROBLEME D INSONORISATION DES CHAMBRES vient ternir la note. Nous avions une chambre côté rue/ring et la circulation est importante, même la nuit !

Ce n'est pas le plus joli coin de Leicester mais proche du centre a pied et parking gratuit, c'est ce qu'il nous fallait et on n'a pas ete decus. Confort simple mais suffisant. Isolation phonique un peu limitee cependant (et pourtant, nous etions cote parking, pas cote route). Petit dej continental tres bien pour le prix, nous n'avons pas goute a l'option 'breakfast anglais' car la version continentale etait plus que suffisante).

Hôtel intéressant pour visiter à pied

Hôtel bien placé si l'on recherche un endroit proche du centre-ville. C'était pratique à pied. Mais la chambre se trouvait très proche d'une route très passante, très bruyante. Par ailleurs, la moquette était très tachée, par exemple. Le personnel fait son travail mais l'ensemble mériterait d'être largement rafraîchi. Avis plutôt mitigé donc mais la rapport qualité-prix reste favorable.

At the time of our visit, the hotel had had only one day to assimilate the government instructions to close restaurants and bars. Despite this, the staff had organised themselves to allow guests to prepare a takeaway breakfast, to collect this without close contact with either staff or other guests and still provide a friendly, helpful service.

The property was good. My room, although quite basic,was spotlessly clean and bed was quite comfortable. The reception staff were very pleasant and breakfast was good. All in all I would recommend the hotel and although I don’t expect to visit Leicester again I would certainly use the Campanile group again.

The reception staff tried to tell me that I was responsible for her lack of information. I booked an accessible room on Hotels.com website but they did not pass that information on. The reception staff seemed to think I should have rrung the hotel to Inform them. Why use hotel.com and then ring the hotel? Quicker to book direct. Room was changed grudgingly. Clean comfortable and easy access to city centre very good for theatres short walk. 6/03/2020.

Worst experience ever!!!

I was looking foward to staying at this hotel as i had heard good reviews.. the first night we stayed the room and sheets were soo dusty i got an immediate reaction on my skin it went red and blotchyy and very itchyy we asked for the room to be changed but were told there are no more rooms available and they just gave us new sheets but the second night was still the same i would never stay at this hotel again worst experience ever!!!!

On this occasion the staff member informed you that all of the bed linen is cleaned by a company external to the hotel and that all of the sheets would be the same as they are all cleaned in the same chemicals. You were also informed that this is why we would not be changing your room as it would not benefit yourself however you insisted on new sheets, which were provided for you.
