Can hear noise if someone is walking past your room at night. There was a bit of light coming through from the top of the curtain. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size. Parking is £20 per night at hotel.

My stay was lovely, the room was great with good facilities. Not enough parking and quite expensive but the hotel is very central. Staff were very helpful and I really enjoyed my stay. Also reasonably priced which is important to me; I will be returning

Good Hotel but parking is an issue.

A decent hotel with attentive staff. My only issue was with parking. There is very limited parking space at the hotel (190 rooms, 20 parking spaces I was told). When I arrived I managed to get a parking space. However, fours hours after I arrived, I received an automated email stating that parking spaces had to be booked in advance. I went to reception and they told me that the car park was fully booked and that I would have to move my car. THey also told me that it is clearly stated on Hotels.com that parking has to be booked in advance. I double-checked and on the front page it just says that there is parking available. After a lot of digging I found some reference to the need to pre-book parking. That information should have been more explicit within the top description of the hotel. It didn't affect my stay much it was just inconvenient to have to move my car. Luckily I had only had a couple of siops of my beer by then.
