Newer building, nice clean rooms. Staff could use some work. Seemed like vacuum was running constantly in lobby. Breakfast is decent. Lack of sufficient food to cater to allergies. Bit disappointing. Area around hotel is definitely still in development, close-ish to hbf, but some may find the desolate walk to hotel lengthy.

Clean, quiet, convenient
Extremely clean. Nice rooms. Quiet. About 10 minutes walk from the train station. Slightly small rooms by US standards, but still comfortable with several chairs and a nice sized desk.

Neues Hotel mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten, sauberen Zimmern. Der Hotelbetrieb muss sich an mancher Stelle noch ein bisschen einschwingen, das Personal darf gerne etwas mehr zum Gast finden.

Der Service war super! Sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben die Nacht ein merkwürdiges, wiederkehrendes Geräusch (Brummen) gehört, was den Schlaf etwas gestört hat. Wir durften daher aus Kulanz kostenfrei Frühstücken. Zudem wurden alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt den Ursprung des Geräusches ausfindig zu machen. Klare Empfehlung!
