The property and the owners were excellent the helped in every way that we needed and went out of there way to make sure that we had everything that we needed and that our comfort was at the top of the list

Adapted cottage convenient to downtown Leiston
Posted Aug. 9, 2022 on HotelsGreat location, extremely convenient to Summerhill and downtown Leiston. 10 minute taxi from Saxmundham train station. Book a cab in advance, as many cab “companies” are just a single driver and waits can be long when it’s busy. Host offers a variety of cereal in the morning. Some rooms are up a steep flight of stakes, and host offered help carrying suitcases upstairs.
Mattress was on the bouncier side which you may find uncomfortable if sharing the bed. Host does not replace towels on stays of fewer than 5 nights.

Thank you for your review. I just wanted to point out to anybody thinking of booking in the future, my stairs are not steep, just normal house stairs. And I ask all my guests (including yourself), in order to save energy and not be wasteful, if fresh towels are required during your stay to please let me know. You are most welcome to have fresh towels on request, otherwise, on long term stays bedding and towels are changed every 4 or 5 days

Owner Lisa takes every precaution to ensure everyone's safety.
Great breakfasts and a guest fridge, sink and microwave.
Stunning lounge etc.
