Reception and bar staff were very friendly but the staff serving breakfast the next day were all miserable and unhelpful.
Room was a good size and very comfortable.
Area around very welcoming

Quiet location, friendly staff, good food. Clean room, WiFi works well. No issues to report so a very good stay.

A good option for Thorpeness
Publié le 28 janv. 2024 sur HotelsGood value, but rooms really need some attention. Clean though, and the superking bed was massive. Nice view over the putting green. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room, and the service from the woman at breakfast was faultless.
