The Resort is ralaxing but the massage is disappointing as most of us could not book it as only 2 messuers were on board. Food took them almost an hour to cook. Rooms are clean and have nice view.

Old and pricey

Booked deluxe room- no air con. Room is rusty and old, cramped with no air. Subsequently asked for upgrade to junio exec room, but the light bulb was broken. Had to move again. Though bed is big, the room is old and creepy. Need better lightingand renovation pls. Breakfast and service was great though. But i think the price is very pricey considering theservice and value

I was told by the reception that I had to pay for the additional fee for adding an extra bed per night. This wasn't communicated to me when I spoke to the representative of Hotel.com back in Jan. The call center ought to give correct information to customers prior to the booking. The service at Sangria resort is quick and responsive. The room service guy made an extra mile to get my mum's shoe fixed back without having to buy a new pair of shoes.

山の眺めの良いホテルです。 ただし、部屋の壁、窓、ドアはそれほど防音されておらず、イベントがあったりすると外のバイクが通る音や、こどもの声などが聞こえてきます。

We got upgraded for free as we had found out that the room they put us in had no A/C. The new upgraded room had fantastic view of mountains. Breakfast was a buffet style. We has a nice experience at this place.

Geen aanrader voor buitenlandse toerist geen resor

Ontbijt was iedere dag anders van karig menuontbijt,ontbijtbuffet tot keuze uit wat broodjes alles afhankelijk van de bezetting.Hotel moeilijk te vinden geen verwijzing aan de straat, service personeel matig. Slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding zeker geen aanrader
