Okay, not great
Publié le 28 mars 2022 sur HotelsNice beach setting, nice pool, good air conditioning. The first room they gave me was bare bones, just a bed, and no wifi signal. They gave me a nicer room in the main building, but the bedroom and bathroom floors were dirty and sandy. The toilet had no seat and as you are sitting on the bare porcelain the sink is right in your face. The toilet handle was broken and I guess they expected me to use the cup and bucket to flush, but they fixed the handle when requested. TV was beautiful but didn't work... no signal. Wifi internet was spotty. Somewhat remote, fifteen minute tricycle ride to the mall, maybe twenty minutes to Taal Heritage Village. Not a great value

I cant really review this property because I didnt stay there. I booked this property in advance before traveling from Washington DC to Manila. When I got off the plane I had an email from Royal Grande saying they "regret to cancel due to cleaning." Yes they refunded my money. But it was a huge hassle to find somewhere else to stay on such short notice.

Not so happy
Publié le 1 janv. 2019 sur HotelsThere was a storm during our stay, so we didn’t have a chance to go to the ocean, pool was good, room not bad but no tv and broken restroom, no blankets and towels..and we need to bring our own food. Needs a lot of improvement
