The outlets in room 120 would not hold the plugs to get any power. No coffee in room, no hair dryer

This people here are money hungry. My booking got messed up and they still made me pay and I never stayed there. I needed the room for Saturday not Friday and they made me stay at for both. The sad part is I am a regular so instead of refunding one night they are gonna lose out a lot… We stayed there at least twice a month and sometimes more…. Not any more!!! This place is garbage

There were cracks and dents in the wall, I killed a few bugs in my room and i felt like I had to be careful in the bathroom with the bathtub faucet because it was loose
