A perfect place for a stay in the Berkshires
Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy grown daughter and I stayed here for a two night visit to the Berkshires. It was so nice to have an entire house rather than a hotel room! We received our check in email in plenty of time, the house was clean and furnished with generous amenities such as soaps, shampoos, coffee, etc., the owner was readily available.
The house is close to the road, but it really wasn’t a problem…white noise machines and air purifiers made sleeping very comfortable, and there was very little traffic noise.
The house has plenty of space for relaxing, including a lovely little porch and a great backyard space, which we didn’t use, but looked very appealing. The kitchen was well equipped, with all the appliances you’d need.
We hope to come back next year!

Church Ladies Getaway

We were concerned about the location close to the road but inside you are unaware and geographically we were in a perfect spot to access all the places we planned to visit. Our host was responsive and even reached out when storm warnings came to give advice. We had a great visit to a beautiful area of the Berkshires. Our finale to many years of travelling together!

A Gem of a Stay!

Perfect location, easy check-in/check-out

Property contact was proactive, reaching out to make sure we were settled in. Pacman and air hockey games were a big hit! We would book again.

Loved our stay

Our host was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking a family meal. Can't wait to go back next year

Hi Keith, thanks for taking the time to review your stay. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:
Hi Keith, based on your text message sent regarding an early check-in request that was granted on the morning of your check-in date, I incorrectly assumed that you had received the email sent the previous day and then used my cell number included for the text message. Unfortunately, due to a scheduled event and travel that afternoon, I didn't see that there was an issue until I arrived home later that day at 6:30 pm. I then responded promptly and provided the entry code. After an apology and several follow-up texts, I was under the impression that everything was good. Again, sorry for any inconvenience with your check-in. I'm taking additional steps to ensure guests confirm receipt of the email with the entry code.
My goal is to ensure that my guests have the best experience possible.
