Pour : Cet hôtel représente ce que Hampton Inn symbolise: qualité, propreté et courtoisie.
Contre : Pour la chaîne Hampton Inn en général, les oreillers trop mous. Pour celui de Lenox, le mot déplu est trop fort, mais l'assise du bain était défectueux. Résultat: un bain bruyant sous les pieds.

What a nice surprise. This is a lovely, well kept hotel.
We were just looking for a place (preferably clean) after the day at Tanglewood is Massachusetts. What we got was delightful, polite people working in all parts of Hotel, the room is clean, attractive, and well appointed. Could not ask for more. Thank you

The hotel was average. Check in was pleasant, check out was rushed and not very pleasant. Common areas were very clean.

The king size bed was too soft. Sheets did not fit. Disappointing
