This property is not great for people with mobility issues unless you request ground floor. Breakfast is minimal but sufficient for the value you pay. Great scenic area with lots of restaurants and shops close by

The rooms smelled of cigarettes and I was refused a refund

The room smelled like stale old smoke.
The phone kept blinking that there was a message, but there was no dialtone and no way to stop the blinking. So I unplugged the phone. It was filthy and grinding and disgusting to touch.
The bathroom was clean. The refrigerator was clean and cold. The bed was clean and made well overall, the place was pretty shabby and needs an update.
The area was safe. It was much cheaper than the nicer hotels, but I felt even this place was overpriced and shabby. I would not come back here.
