Very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and was generally very run down. I felt like I was back in the college dorms, but worse. They were surprised we didn't travel with towels (apparently this is a think in Europe). They charged us 18 Euros for one towel that we then had to share between 4 people for the week. There is no pool and it's 10 euros to use the spa one time. The keys don't work if another key is in the lock (another thing that must be common). One of our roommates had to sleep in the lobby all night because of this. They wouldn't let him into the room even though I know they have a master key that does work (I had them let me in the previous day because someone was in the room asleep)! Very very poor customer service, but what's new in Europe. Just know that going in.

Good value for money

It was very good for the price, specially considering the location. The only problem was regarding Hotels.com: The address did not have a number and the name of the location is not "Maeva" but something totally different. We had to go asking door to door to find the place
