This bright and spacious flat is on the first floor without a lift. Ideal for up to 6 people.
It has a pleasant living room with a magnificent view over the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne, a large dining table, a sitting area with TV, wifi and Bluetooth speakers.
A fully-equipped kitchen with all the comforts you need for a successful stay: oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, induction hob, etc.
Adjoining utility room with cleaning equipment and washing machine.
A corridor leads to a shower room with shower and toilet, and two adjoining bedrooms with storage space and a double bed (160cm).
A small courtyard connects the second bedroom to the kitchen, giving it independent access. Separate WC in this bedroom.
A third bed is in the lounge, with the sofa bed.

Belle vue et superbe appartement
Très beau appartement. On était avec 4 adultes, 2 enfants et un bébé et on avait assez de place. Magnifique vue de la terrasse. Près de tous les magasins, la promenade, la plage,..
