Excelente para parejas o familia
Llegar puede ser un pelín complicado pues es un camino que rodea la montaña y que aunque asfaltado, es estrecho y sin iluminación (viniendo desde Andorra) y sin iluminación así que mirad de venir durante el día. La gente que lo gestiona es muy amable y siempre mirando de ayudarte o darte conversación. El hotel se ve limpio y todo funciona perfectamente y el desayuno, fenomenal. El pan te lo tuestan ellos mismos al fuego así que puede imaginarte que se come bien

Perfect mountain gem
Fantastic hotel in the Spanish Pyrenees a few miles from Andorra.. great service from all of the staff, and a lovely meal in their restaurant, complete with open fire.

O hostal nem deveria ser chamado assim Para mim é um hotel e dos bons Tem dois grandes defeitos 1 não tem ar condicionado, no verão faz 28 graus 2 posso dizer que não tem internet. Pois apesar de lentissima, muitas vezes nem está conectada a web E por ser uma região muito isolada, faz muita falta Quanto a localização, para quem gosta de natureza é 10, para quem gosta de cidade e movimento é 2 Menção honrosa para os donos Extremamente simpáticos e acessíveis Pessoas de alto nível, dispostas a ajudar Parabéns

Nous avons passé 4 jours superbes à Os de Civis, en demi-pension L hotel est très propre, une cuisine excellente et gargantuesque, le personnel toujours prévenant. L accueil de la part de Jordi, le patron, est exceptionnel, d une extrême gentillesse. On se sent très vite comme chez nous ! Nous n avions pas connu pareille expérience auparavant ! Et de plus, la région est magnifique, à 15 mins environ d Andorre. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Un séjour parfait en tout point avec, pour commencer, un accueil vraiment sympa de la part de tout le personnel de cet hôtel ! Humour, gentillesse et professionnalisme en même temps. Autres points forts, les spécialités locales découvertes pendant les différents repas, le petit déjeuner copieux, le pain grillé au feu de bois, la propreté incroyable de tout cet hôtel, le tout pour un tarif vraiment raisonnable. Bravo et merci à cette belle équipe pour nous avoir fait passer un séjour tellement agréable !

Personnels très accueillant, les patrons et le fils des patrons font le maximum pour que tout soit au mieux. Le diner est excellent, rien a redire. Rapport qualité prix très très correct. On y retourne l'année prochaine.

Quiero manifestar mi queja porque Expedia me confirmó la reserva pero el hotel está cerrado hasta el 31 de enero. Nos vimos tirados en la calle, sin hotel y a cero grados después de 4 horas de caravana.no hay palabras para describir el mal rato que pasamos. En indecente que se reserven habitaciones en hoteles que están cerrados
