Discover this beautiful holiday home with private pool, located near Les Vans, between Aubenas and Alès. You will stay there comfortably with family or friends. Due to its layout, the villa is only accessible to adults. The village of Les Vans offers numerous restaurants and plenty of entertainment throughout the summer. The narrow streets house gables from the 16th century and many walking and cycling tours are available in the area. A visit to the Gorges du Chassezac, for a picnic or to go fishing, climbing or paragliding, is also worthwhile. The bright holiday home is south-facing and features a lovely terrace equipped with comfortable furniture, a stone barbecue and excellent views. The air-conditioned living room offers direct access to the garden and the cosy pool provides cooling on hot summer days.
This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 18 years of age. The lessor does not accept bookings for families with small children Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
