Enjoy a splendid sea view in a super quiet seafront 50m from the beach and the small port in the estuary of Sinope. The house has 4 bedrooms for 2 people and a large bedroom for up to 6 people.
There are two bathrooms and a heated outdoor shower to rinse back from the beach.
The house is located on a plot of 16 acres partially wooded, there is always a way to find a place in the sun or in the shade sheltered from the wind!
The house was completely renovated in 2016-2017.

Prachtige locatie
We hebben een mooie week gehad op een prachtige locatie. De woonkamer is op de eerste verdieping hierdoor heb je een mooi uitzicht over de zee. Het zou wel fijn zijn als daar een lekkere bank zou staan. Ook de trap naar de eerste verdieping is steil en lastig voor bewoners die wat slechter ter been zijn. Als we weer die kant op gaan boeken we zeker nog een keer dit vakantiehuis

A vey well equiped and wonderfully located Holiday House
Although our stay was in the Autumn,the Summer possibilities must be wonderful due to the proximity of the Beach. For out of season visits we would have preferred more comfortable chairs downstairs particularly for the more elderly. However,we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were more than grateful for the plentiful supply off logs for the "Chilly" evenings. Thank you Philippe.

We really enjoyed staying at this house! The location being right next to the water is amazing!!! The view from the upstairs game area is breathtaking. From the size of the kitchen to the countless rooms and numerous beds this is definitely a place we will stay at again!

Tolle Lage, Haus nicht wie erwartet
Die Vermieter habe uns im Vorfeld sehr gut und sehr freundlich mit Informationen versorgt. Die Anzeige lässt ein renoviertes Haus vermuten. Das trifft auf einen Teil der Aussenfassade und ein tolles Fenster mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer zu. Sonst ist das Haus eher in die Jahre gekommen. Es war leider bei Ankunft auch nicht sehr sauber. Viele Spinnenweben, dreckige Arbeitsplatte… In der unteren Etage roch es unangenehm nach Abfluss. Grundsätzlich hat und das Haus für zwei schöne Wochen beherbergt, ich würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen.

Wundervoller Urlaub als Paar mit Hund

Un accès direct aux plaisirs de la mer
La villa a une belle vue sur la mer du premier étage où a été aménagé un salon. La cuisine - salle à manger est sur l'arrière et donne sur le jardin. Le coin est plein de charme, bordant un chenal servant de port, qui se remplit et se vide au rythme des marées. A marée basse, le chenal a son odeur caractéristique à laquelle nous nous sommes vite habitués. Il est aisé de partir en maillot de la maison à la plage et à la mer, et d'y revenir ensuite se rincer à la douche extérieure dotée d'eau chaude ! La région est belle et la plage très peu fréquentée bien que nous étions présents en deuxième quinzaine de juillet. Bref, une location à recommander, qui pourrait toutefois bénéficier d'une mise à jour de la vaisselle et d'un meilleur assortiment d'ustensiles de cuisine (dont casseroles).

Gute Lage
Sauberes Ferienhaus, groß, direkt am Meer (ca. 100 m). Die oberen beiden Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein, ein Bad mehr wäre willkommen gewesen, dafür aber großer Küche mit Essbereich und großer Aufenthaltsraum im ersten Stock. Wenn man das Haus einmal gefunden hat (liegt abseits), kann man die Ruhe genießen. Ohne Auto geht allerdings fast nichts, mit stehen einem viele Ausflugsziele zur Wahl. Der nahe gelegene, extrem flache Strand macht das Haus ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Maison bien conçue, juste le confort nécessaire pour des vacances en famille. Un grand jardin clos pour les enfants, de nombreux couchages, des espaces de vie très agréables que ce soit dedans ou dehors. Un endroit bien placé, simple, pratique et convivial, nous nous y sommes bien sentis.

J'irai revoir LA Normandie
Région très belle et accueillante. La maison de Philippe est très bien conçue pour accueillir une grande famille (nous étions 11), très confortable avec un espace détente avec vue sur la mer et un grand terrain pour la bronzette, le farniente et la prise de repas sur l'espace aménagé. Deux suggestions à l'attention de Philippe : - un parasol (eh oui le soleil tape fort en Normandie) - un micro onde (évite l'utilisation du four classique et des plaques à induction). En résumé, vous pouvez (voire DEVEZ) vous rendre chez Philippe !! Séjour formidable garanti François (ORLEANS)
