Broadway Hotel is very handy to Letchworth town centre. Although old everything works well including the classic lift!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did have trouble with the shower running cold then very very hot. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Disabled shower
Posted Jul. 15, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is very good indeed. This was my second stay and I plan to stay again in September.
However, when I first stayed I had a room with a walk in shower rather than a bath. On accessing my room this time, I found it only had a bath with a shower. My partner is disabled and although ambulant, cannot access a bath. I asked about changing the room but was told only single rooms have the shower only. This is rather disconcerting as usually disabled people have a partner/carer with them which means a double room would be required. We had to keep the double room and my partner could only have a wash down rather than a full shower.

Super comfy except for the really small double bed. Clean, great breakfast, and lovely staff. Would recommend.
