Incredibly dirty
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property smells very strongly of cigarette smoke and is absolutely filthy. We had to wash everything we owned when we returned home to get rid of the smell. The main floor bedroom was covered in very long black hair. The bedding was dirty. There was dirt, lint and garbage beneath every piece of furniture. Every closet had massive piles of dust. Every wall, baseboards and all surfaces were covered in old grime.
I sent an email to the owner once we returned home and their answer was it must have been just fine because I didn’t email them while at their property. I had no interest in them offering to send over their incompetent cleaners to “rectify the situation”. This house literally needs a crew of professional cleaners for a day or two to get it to a state worthy of charging $740 for 2 nights.

All this lady wanted was money back, If you look at previous reviews you would come to the conclusion that this lady needs therapy because people who have stayed here liked it very much,

The property is a bit older but it was very clean and well stocked and the beds were comfortable! The owners were very responsive to questions and readily available.

The property has nice big rooms and was very clean. It was close to downtown and parking was good. It would have been nice to have regular TV

Nice Central Location
Publié le 8 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a wedding in Lethbridge and needed a place for the whole family to stay. This worked out perfectly. The wedding was on the Westside, we have family on the Northside and the Southside it was about the same travel time to all three places.
Only issue was the check in instructions came from an email address I wasn't expecting (lodgix.com) so at first I didn't know they had be sent, and the host didn't reply to VRBO messages. luckily it all worked out.

no kleenix, everyone supplies that, no scissors, dressers dont open or close stuck, no fan hot weekend. paint peeling and chipped, lawn needs mowing. outside chairs would have been nice.

Good place to stay
Publié le 18 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property was just as advertised. It was clean and check in was easy. Communication with the owners was prompt and they responded quickly to any request we made. The beds were comfortable. The location was good as it was close to grocery stores, local attractions and a major artery in the city. Should we return to Lethbridge we would stay here again.
