We really liked that the hotel uses REAL glasses and cups.
And the breakfast was very good

The Good and The Bad
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff were excellent. We had the cover on the ironing board fall apart making a huge mess on the floor. On our way to breakfast we mentioned this to the front desk clerk. Tirty minutes later when we returned to our room themess was vacumned up and a new cover on the board. The room was clean however the vent covers on the heater and the bathroom vent had dust accumulation. Like so many places this one gets missed.
Overall a great place to stay.

We’ve been staying at the Ramada Lethbridge for many years and will continue to come back. Its clean, conveniently located, great service, lovely breakfast and so many more perks. Even gave us the use of their boardroom to play cards.

The Hotel is well priced . The staff were very helpful. The location was walking distance to restaurants
