Photos pas conforme à l’annonce, piscine pas entretenu(verte en mauvaise état…) Gîte pas nettoyer, poussière, sent le renfermé, toile d’araignée plus araignée, mouches mortes dans les draps!!! Pas de télé pas d’antenne pas de 4g Endroit à déconseillé pas fréquentable!! Nous sommes partir aussi vite que nous sommes arrivés!! Ça a gâché la semaine de vacance au enfants et à la famille entière!! La locatrice en fait cas ça tête et ne veut rien savoir pour nous rembourser!!! En procédure avec elle car une belle somme de perdu en tous cas! Et j’en passe jardin pas entretenu barbecue cassé malgré les trois sur la propriété!! Je déconseille fortement ce gîte avis au futur loueur

We are always very upset and concerned when a guest is not happy and do our best to rectify the situation. In this case, there were problems with the pool which have been rectified. We contacted our cleaner who went immediately and sent photos which showed the place had been cleaned fully. We asked her to make sure that the place was in a state that would satisfy the guests but they had already left. We dispute most of what these guests say, but we have paid them compensation of half their rental as a gesture of goodwill - a fact they have managed to ignore. We love Kerespars, and we want others to as well.

Vielle ferme certes, mais photos ne correspondant absolument pas à la réalité.

Pièces froides et humides. Aucun charme ne mise en valeur des locaux. Alentours mal entretenus. Autour de la piscine, sol très sale. Meubles de jardins cassés et vernis écaillés.

I am very sorry that this client was so disappointed with the Cottage. We have taken the points very seriously and worked to rectify the issues. I would add that most people are delighted with the property.

We hebben kunnen annuleren het was erg rommelig, niet opgeruimd en zwembad groen. Gelukkig werkte de eigenaar mee met annuleren en werd het geld teruggestort. De eigenaar was begripvol en aardig.

Extremely disappointing

The pool area and garden are very poorly maintained, and although the owner sent someone round to address this, it remained inadequate and nothing like the beautiful image in the photo. The pool is surrounded by dense trees and consequently requires constant attention to deal with debris. The grass in the garden had not been cut for weeks. The kitchen is blighted by damp and water trickling down the wall - leading to rusty appliances and a musty smell. Such a shame, as the property has enormous potential to be wonderful.

We are very disappointed in these comments and very upset that Pat was unhappy. The comments about the Cottage damp came as a surprise until we heard that there was a major storm (Storm Patricia) while she was there which caused damage to the roof and water came in. This caused the damp in the kitchen. It has now been addressed, including replacing appliances. As far as the pool is concerned, we choose to have trees around because it is so beautiful, but not being a hotel, we do not send staff in to clear up leaves. We would expect our guests to use the broom provided for themselves. The grass should have been cut, but our gardener is unable to do this when it is wet. However, we are upset that she was unhappy and we take her comments very seriously
