BeachBird Bungalow - Loft/Deck/Sleeps 10! - Minutes to Rehoboth & Lewes Beach

Bring the whole family to this great space with lots of room for fun! Located in a resort-style gated community, the BeachBird is a short walk to the pool & club house and quick bike ride to the community marina & kayak launch!

In the Summer Months pool passes are provided for the large community pool and kid's pool. Basketball courts, a playground, bocce, horseshoes, and a pavilion are some of the amenities you will enjoy in this lovely, gated community. Enjoy a second-floor deck, large driveway for 4 vehicles and a quiet setting to relax after a fun day at the beach, shopping, or dining.

The BeachBird is a spacious family retreat - perfectly laid out for relaxing near the Delaware Beaches!

As you come into the home, you enter the Sunroom. On one side is a large dining table - services for 8; and on the other is a twin Daybed - perfect for an afternoon nap or to get cozy with a good book! Also in the Sunroom is an entry bureau with the WiFi password on a sign. Inside the bureau, you will find food/water bowels and a floor mat available for your use.

Walking through the French doors (painted SW#9177 Salted Dog), you will find additional dining for 4 to the right. Straight ahead is the fully stocked Coffee Bar with a single-cup Keurig machine. In the drawer, there is coffee, hot chocolate, creamers, sugars & hot tea. There is a mechanical stirrer to the left of the Keurig and a little table top trashcan to the right. Moving into the first floor Family Room, there is a large sectional couch with several throw pillows and a cozy throw blanket! The Smart TV is on a tiltable wall-mount. The remote is under the TV. Coasters are provided. The amenity wrist bands will be kept in a bowl on the round table. There is also a voice-command Alexa on that table for your use!

Entering the Kitchen, you will find all the necessities for your stay. There is full-sized refrigerator with a water & ice dispenser. There is an electric oven, microwave, toaster, & blender for use. An air fryer can be provided upon request. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots & pans, a mixing bowl, hand mixer, measuring cups, wine opener, utensils, dish soap, clean kitchen sponge, paper towels, countertop spray, drying mats & dish towels. Behind the double doors, you will find the washer & dryer. Tide washer pods & dryer sheets are provided. This is also where the fire extinguisher & first aid kits are.

The hall Bath offers a relaxing shower OR a soak in the jetted tub! Toiletries are stocked in the vanity as well as additional toilet paper.

The green room offers a King bed, a sitting bench and a rocking chair. The bedside lamps are touch light and have USB ports directly in them. All guests towels are located in the small linen closet in this bedroom. Wall Color: SW#6746 Julep

The en suite blue room offers a Queen bed with a dresser & stand alone mirror. The iron board & iron can be found in the closet of this room. In the adjoining full bath, there is a stand up shower. Toiletries are located in small glass bowl on the pedestal sink. Accent Wall Color: SW#6244 Naval

Going up the stairs, you will enter the spacious second floor Loft! There is a Queen sleeper sofa and love seat, as well as another Smart TV. There is another Alexa in this space as well. In the corner, is a kids haven equipped with bean bag chair, small table, large Jenga & Connect-4, as well as some board games!

Off the loft is the 2nd floor deck with chaise lounges, a dining table, and a seating area! Please note House Rules while using 2nd floor deck.

Next to the loft is the Bunk Room! This room is perfect for young guests offering a Bunk w/ a full on the bottom & twin on top and a twin daybed. There is also an ensuite half bath. A Smart TV & Alexa are also in this room available for use. Turn the neon sign on for a really cool vibe! Please note, there is no guest access to the locked closet door.
