Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities. Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you close to the Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany, Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD beaches. This is perfect destination for everything you love about the beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area’s best tax free shopping or can just enjoy a meal in Historic Downtown Lewes.

Beaches Nearby: Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 which makes it convenient in season.

Historic Lewes is perhaps the most beloved town in Delaware, and certainly a favorite for travelers who savor quiet strolls on boutique-filled streets, or a relaxing meal by the water at one of the town’s excellent restaurants.

Recreational Passes/Amenities:
The Lighthouse Club is a residential community and guests will be sharing the same amenities available to our community members. Therefore, while you are with us, you are asked to follow the same guidelines and rules that govern Clubhouse use for all members.

Weekly Passes
Passes are needed to access the amenities of the Clubhouse and activities which include the restaurant, outdoor pool including kids splash pool, fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and bocce pit.
- All guests 5 and older are required to have a pass to use any of the amenities. 2024 Passes Pricing below - 2025 Pricing has not been finalized yet.
- Pre-purchased Weekly Passes: $100 (note reduced rate)
- Weekly Passes purchased on-site on day of arrival or later: $130
- Passes are in effect from Saturday at 4 pm through Friday at 11 pm
- Saturday after 4 pm, renters are welcome to use our facilities
Daily Passes
- Daily passes can be purchased at the front desk for use that day and are $25.
- Daily passes cannot be pre-ordered.
The Coastal Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm.

Linens: The home includes mattress protectors, pillows with pillowcases, fitted and flat sheets. However, comforters, blankets, bath, kitchen and beach towels are Not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own or rent them from one of the local rental services.

Outdoors:
There is a weber gas grill and a firewood fire pit on the beautiful back patio to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful sunsets.

You will have access to the 2-car garage with a 5-car driveway - Additional Street and club house parking available. Must follow parking rules.
This Smart home features a smart lock for contactless access and auto locking for your convenience, a smart ring protect system for water and smoke + an exterior ring system for security purposes only, while allowing you the privacy to enjoy the outdoors.
