Hello Richard, I’m so sorry that you had the experience you had with the traffic. Welcome to the beach resort! Unfortunately, traffic is to be expected in a small beach town area. I’m not sure why you went through what you did when there is a crossover right across from my lane. No doubt it was a transition for you coming from living on a dirt road in the country. I was a bit surprised with your review, especially after receiving a message that you enjoyed your stay. As for the TV issue, cable was left on for you. All you had to do was turn on the TV. There was no reason to sign into anything since you were not streaming. The problem may have been that, my cable package didn’t offer what you wanted. I wish you would have reached out if you were having issues. So sorry for your inconvenience.

Now given the chance to give my response to Priscilla’s review. I am assuming the reason for Priscilla’s negative nasty review is due to her own neglect. Her comment reads, No towels, dishwasher, W&D or privacy. In my amenities it clearly states all that I provide and that I don’t provide. Maybe Priscilla should of taken the time to read it. The cottage sits on a 1/2 acre surrounded by mature Leyland cypress on one side and high hedge of Forsythias and trees along the other side. As seen in pictures with nothing but privacy. As shown, the cottage of course is in a RESORT area located off of Coastal hwy which leads to ALL the beach towns so traffic is INEVITABLE everywhere! To address the comment about the email. I had to swing by to drop off something to my neighbor and saw an additional car in the driveway. So I contacted Priscilla and asked her how many additional people were staying since she had booked it for only 1 person. She responded back, saying one person one night, I took her word for it and I said that was fine and that my concern was if there were multiple people staying since she never mentioned anyone else in her booking but herself. Nothing creepy about inquiring if more than the quota of 2 were staying.over night. My suggestion for Priscilla is just be honest so things don’t get misconstrued. As for the driveway and Priscilla having to move her car. My driveway is the usual long driveway that holds 2 cars. So I guess Priscilla had to move a car that wasn’t suppose to be there anyway according to her number of occupancy she quoted. (1 person) Now for the continued neglect that Pricilla failed to mention was the large multiple spills of brown stains on an antique chest along with the upstairs nightstand as well as on the couch. So the only thing inaccurate is Priscilla’s ability to be truthful about her stay and Priscilla’s neglect to read. 8 years of great reviews should tell the real story!
