The door to my hotel room didn’t lock from the outside so whenever I left my room I had to leave unlocked.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years....it was a good stay but the property is showing age and the carpets did not appear clean, there were big scratches in the tub, many surfaces it the room had not been wiped off for quite some time
