Uncomfortable.

The bed was like sleeping on plywood and the room smelled like something was rotting. The room was clean, as far as that goes. We left that night because it was so uncomfortable and drive home 5 hours at night. Didnt want to waste more money in a hotel.

I apologize for your experience. I do wish that you had alerted me to give me an opportunity to address your issues and possibly move you to a different room. I live near the property and am on call 24/7 to address the needs of our guests. We do have some rooms that have the firmer mattress due to requests from guests in the past, but I also have rooms that have extremely soft beds. As for the smell we are downstream from the papermill so I do have things I can do for the guests who are not accustomed to that smell. As stated before, I wish I had known your concerns before you left. I'm positive I could have made your stay more comfortable had I known.

Decor is dated but very clean and all in good condition and comfortable bed. Appreciated having fridge and it would be nice to have the deck area when the weather is better.

Booked for two nights, left after one night as the air conditioner was painfully loud. Front desk was always empty. They tried to charge for second night and I am working with Expedia to get that fixed.

The hotel manager was very accomodating to our needs. He was very nice and even upgraded my daughters room to two queen beds because we brought an additional person. We arrived in two groups on separate days late at night and we were still received without hassle. Being a graduation week it was very busy. With all hotels booked he helped make the celebration memorable.

Room recently renovated, nice!

Stayed there for a couple nights while Pullman hotels were full. Old place with perfect new interior paint, new carpet, new vinyl bathroom flooring, perfectly clean white bathroom fixtures, small tv, physical door key. No problems whatsoever. Bed clean and comfortable, all linens were exchanged the second day. Internet connection was slow, but that is getting to be the norm at all motels I've been in this last couple years. So, if a clean trip back to the 1960's is ok with you, and you don't want massive luxury amenities, and you want a low price, this place fits that perfectly.
