They didn't let me know that hot tub or pool was working until after I checked in. Also didn't let me know that could use hot tub across the street in fitness gym. Breakfast was fine.

The sheets in the bed appeared dirty and when i got in bed to go to sleep and pulled the spread up around me, i smelled body oder (sweat) on it. Ir was awful. Couldn't sleep all night cause i felt like the bed had been used and not changed.

Not quite up to par with other Quality Inn properties. Refrigerator door wouldn't shut without a struggle and the freezer section had a huge frost buildup. The bathtub stopper was broken and placed on the side of the tub. The air conditioner flicked red light on and off all night long The bedside lamp had two outlets offed to plug in items but both were broken and didn't work. These were all small inconveniences, but totalled together they just weren't up to par with what I have come to expect from Quality Inn stays.

It was ok. Does not have an elevator so that is an inconvenience for someone with a bad knee and luggage.

We checked into our hotel room, and upon arrival we noticed the toilet water was very high (to the rim), and the toilet was broken. We immediately notified the front desk. They gave us a plunger, and towels, and said “We have no other rooms available, you can use this, or you’ll have to stay somewhere else.” Shortly after fixing their broken toilet they told us they had one room left to move us too, but that it had recently flooded. They mentioned that they haven't torn the floor up in the bathroom where the flood occurred. We asked to stay in the original room, but the woman at the desk said no. There was an obvious mildew smell when we entered the room, and it was quite humid. There was sewage water/stains in-between the cracks/buckling of the flooring. The following morning, upon check out, we notified the woman at the front desk about the condition of the floor in the room (123), and she smiled, barely withholding her laughter at us. She refused to give us a full, or partial refund. It was very unprofessional. Our stay at Quality Inn was less than satisfactory, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For $220 I would spend your money somewhere else.

Our room smelled musty, chemically and gross, air conditioning had a moldy smell, hot tub didn’t work, bad breakfast even the toaster was broken. We were beyond disappointed

It's convenient to downtown (restaurants) and to Clarkstown (more restaurants 8 min. drive away). The dog bags are never empty. I wish they had covered parking - Lewiston does get hot!
