Rooms were spacious. Clean but dated. There were coffee machines in the room but no coffee cups. Staff was indifferent about it. Said they didn’t have any and hadn’t had any cups for quite a while. No Do Not Disturb signs for the doors. They didn’t tell us at check in but we found a sign on the door saying there was no fire alarm system currently working.

Quick trip
After a minor glitch with our room assignment, we got settled into our room. The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed swimming and even had dinner poolside as the sunset. We will be back on another trip.

No one to check us in when we arrived at 5pm. Had to go to the hotel across the parking lot. The room want ready. No idea when it would be ready. No changes allowed. It was ready when we came back 1.5 hours later. Huge room. That was nice. Poor lighting, odd sink set up, stains on carpet

The main property (Hells Canyon Grand) is very well kept and the main focus. Though we did appreciate the ability to use the shared facilities, a bit more focus and some $ would make positive effect on the Seaport. It was a decent stay for the price.

The room had a gross smell and was not clean. Our bathroom was not clean and the bottles of shampoo and body wash were half empty. There was a car in the parking lot that smelled like Someone died in it. I notified staff but it was a concern. The temp was 110
