Quiet and clean!
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a restful stay in Columbia here - Kellie and Randy had labeled everything so clearly and had coffee and creamer and some incidentals available so that was nice.
The neighborhood was quiet and we rested well.

This is not a full house but attic apartment

However, the landlords live down below so they ask that you not wear shoes to keep noise level down. They do entertain family and friends at their home which makes renter’s use of the yard and dock awkward. Their own party lasted quite late and we had a early morning wake up to make a flight, so not quite the experience we were looking for.

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations.
The first 3 days of your 4 day visit, I only went outside twice to get into my vehicle.
The last night of your stay my daughter, SIL and granddaughters came to visit me from over 500 miles away. We hung out on the deck outside to bond after not seeing each other since October of 2023. I am sorry that this was not convenient for you.
Removing shoes when you enter a house from outside is not only for the noise factor, but the cleanliness factor as well. My consistent 5 stars for cleanliness reflect the attention to details that I implement for all my guests.

Beautiful Lake Murray Property
Publié le 22 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing 4 days at this wonderful property. It was the perfect place to explore the area and unwind on the lake. Easy access to the Soda City Market, The State House, Riverwalk, Antique Mall, Congaree National Park. The sunset cruise they provide was fantastic. Kerri and Randy were excellent hosts. We made some new friends. This was a 5 star experience.

Awesome House!
Publié le 26 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is great! Had my dog and college age son. Plenty of room for larger groups. The hosts are super nice and we barely saw them. Lots of time and energy put into this backyard oasis. House was extremely clean! Will definitely rent again next year if back in town for baseball. Very accessible to Lexington County Baseball Complex.
