The check in and out was fast and easy. The breakfast was nice. It was quiet and the room was comfortable. We will stay there again.

Nothing but average.
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis property could use a freshening up. It’s a little worn. Also, an afternoon desk clerk who acts like she cares about her customers and doesn’t yawn during the check in process.
The woman in charge of the breakfast area was very friendly and warm towards customers. Put the young desk clerk with her to watch how to treat a guest.

The hotel was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The snacks in the evening were great- kids loved the hot chocolate! Breakfast was wonderful and they have a very nice and helpful host at breakfast. I believe her name was Tonya. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. I have no complaints.

Just ok
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsCo s: Needs some cosmetic touch-up. Bed mattress too firm for me. Hot tub water got cold. No towels in the pool area and had to go to desk and ask for towels. We were told to put the sign on the door by 10 am to have towels replaced. They never were replaced and we had to ask for more towels to be brought up.
Pros: clean, friendly, breakfast attendant was awesome.

We always have good experiences at Best Western Plus, and this was no exception. The room was probably the largest room we've ever been in. We were on the highway side of the motel and highway traffic could be heard, but it was not a problem sleeping. We would gladly stay here again.
