My group and I enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and comfortable. We did need more towels in our room but that was not a deal breaker.

At check-out, when I told the gentleman at the front desk that I hadn't cleaned out the inside of the microwave satisfactorily, he said not to worry.

5/10 might stay sgain for a cheap rate.

The guy at the night desk was a real jerk. I paid online and he failed to tell me there was a 50 deposit before trying to run my card again. When i stopped him he got an attitude. I told him i had cash for a deposit. I asked for a receipt for the deposit and he was rude again. The room was mostly clean, needs some updates for sure. Good size fridge and i am sure would be ok for a longer term stay. The king bed was made with clean sheets. No bugs were found upon inspection or throughout the night. The bed was thin memory foam, and sank to the platform under my weight. Very uncomfortable. The morning clerk was super sweet and earned the 3 starts i left to make up for the jerk at night. You get what you pay for

Shannon, we appreciate you staying with us and apologize for any unpleasant experience you had with our night clerk. It does say online when you book that a 50 deposit is required upon check-in, but we train our front desk clerks to remind each guest before checking them in and give them the option to pay it with either cash or a card. We will make sure that we have a meeting asap and remind everyone about our policy. Most guest really love the authentic Tempurpedic beds that we offer in many rooms, but we will check the room you stayed in to see if anything is amiss with the base or the mattress itself. Your compliments will be passed along to our wonderful housekeeping staff and to Margie, the morning clerk that we are blessed to have as part of our family. We hope you will visit again soon and give us a chance to earn a 10 on your stay.

Room was clean, had a nice big fridge and freezer. Towels were thin. Only had shampoo, no conditioner.. Staff was accommodating. Price was right! Would stay again.

Don't Waste Your Money

Do NOT stay here! Right when we pulled up there were two police cars sitting in the parking lot. A lot of people randomly walking around and just standing on the balcony. As we are walking up to the room there is a guy yelling for his cat. As we walked past, he introduced himself as the property's security and his job is to keep away the low life. As we entered the room, the AC was turned off and it was OVER 80 degrees in the room. We got in late and left early and it took more than half our time there to get the room comfortable to sleep.

Aaron, we are disappointed to hear that you did not seem satisfied with your stay. Please note that due to our ultra fast fiber internet, it is common to see officers parked at the hotel. They love to stop by and use our internet to upload their reports and such. Since we have 100 rooms and the doors open to the outside, it is not unusual to see people walking to and from their rooms or even hanging outside for a few minutes to enjoy the fresh air. We do apologize for the AC, our housekeeping staff is trained to leave it set at 70 degrees to ensure a comfortable room for all incoming guests. We will meet with them today to ensure that all policies are followed moving forward.
