Great place to stop and rest on a road trip. Clean, comfortable, no funk at all.

All but the spiders

I was indifferent on this hotel. It was close to the amenities that we were looking for, very affordable, but it wasn't the cleanest looking. The room was just okay. Too many spiders for my liking in the bathroom. The takeaway for me is first impressions. The hallway carpets no matter where we walked were not appealing whatsoever. Large stains everywhere and even in the stairwell. If I could make any suggestion, it would be either replace them or have them professionally cleaned. This shouldn't be the first thing that your clients see. Our room carpet was decent, but damp. Our socks looked very worn after the day. It just seemed like the cleanliness part was overlooked for all the carpets. The food was very good and hot. A++ for that. Lots to choose from. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Shout out to Joshua! So 4 stars for me overall. Change out that carpet :)

I’m not sure how this place has solid reviews. Upon entering the lobby, the entire place smelled like stale cigarettes. The one upside is that the lady working the front was very friendly. Upon entering the room, there was a candy wrapped and pencil in the floor in the corner. There was dirt and stains in the bathroom. Later that night, we pulled back the sheets to find a dark stain (looked to maybe be a coffee stain?) on the sheet. Even worse, there was a big yellow stain (looked to be pee) on the comforter. I’ve never been so disgusted. I don’t care what some of these reviews say, avoid this hotel unless you’re absolutely desperate.

Looked deserted when we arrived..started questioning my choice. More people arrived later. Pool Not open. Limited breakfast space. Noisy A/C in room.
