Worst Hotel Customer Service Ever
We gotten the data wrong somehow instead of Tuesday it booked for Wednesday and hotels .com has always fixed this simple fix free of charge no hassle but the property wouldn’t bug and made our stay useless and awful . I am 6 months pregnant there for a funeral snd couldn’t stay in our room bc they wouldn’t just switch the days . We had to spend another 100 plus on a different room for that day and wait to check in there til next day which we didn’t need bc only staying the one night . They’re rude have NO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY HAS A DEPOSIT WE DIDNT KNOW NOR HOTELS.com all the sudden . They are very disconnected with customers and their wants and needs . Highly suggest you go elsewhere. It’s over priced as well.

Perfect stay for 2 days of eye surgery.
The first room we were given had A/C problems. The desk clerk gave us the room next door which was much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good and on time. For the money, you cannot beat this hotel in this area.

Despite being a non smoking room, our room smelt like a smoking room, upon leaving could still smell it on our clothes. Neither of us smoke. Pool closed down by Health Department, notice on the pool entry door. Couch in room was filthy with stains from lord only knows.

I get there and the pool is shut down by health dept. I was told it would be reopened at 5:30 pm. Which ended up being a lie. I canceled 2night stay. Air didn’t work and mold was above the shower.

Comfort yeah, but Suites, no…..
The main reason why I booked this hotel was because of the amenities of the pool and it’s closeness to Keeneland racetrack. I was never told that the health department had shut down the pool for reasons unbeknownst to me. After arriving I was greeted with the sign saying that the pool would not be open till after I had left. When I had mentioned to the management that that was one of the main reasons I had booked my stay they told me oh well. When I contacted their corporate they told me to talk to the management there to see if there was any options available to help me with my billing. Which had definitely changed from the previous year that I had stayed. The prices for the weekdays were not horrible they were actually pretty economical for the area. But, the weekend rates were three times as much and I had a problem with that because the hotel is not in the greatest condition, i.e. the carpets in the rooms don’t look like they’ve been changed for over 10 years the mattresses probably about the same. And when I was met with no we have no options and we will not change your bill because of your discrepancies of our hotel I was like well that’s a corporate structure that I don’t like And I probably will not stay at this hotel again in the future.
