Not worth the price paid for this hotel In town for Keeneland will be somewhere else next time

Location. Easy to get to. Our h Room had a sitting area as well. Would highly recommend it

We had an issue with our shower head, and it was replaced in minutes.

Very pleased. I got a room just like I requested. The staff were great. We enjoyed the pool. Housekeeping did great. We will stay again.

The property needs some TLC. Not horrible but just needs work. Hot water was a hit or miss, gym equipment broken and no AC just an open window. Staff very courteous but these are not problems they can fix without investment.

Breakfast absolutely terrible. I’m from New Zealand & can’t believe what you are eating in this country, it’s like plastic food! Come to NZ & experience real food, natural, wholesome. Also your throw away plates, cutlery etc appauls me. Almost to the point I can’t face breakfast in the morning ! Also would really appreciate a hair dryer in the rooms
