It’s more expensive than the other nearby hotels apparently for no reason

Thank you for submitting. We are sorry to hear that you did not like the prices however, there were other hotels in the area priced much higher that do not have the amenities we do. The prices listed were very competitive for all hotels during this time, especially when it is still our busy season.

The location is convenient to various restaurants and other points of interest. It's also near a high school, so watch out for football season Fridays (as we found out) if you're staying on the end of the building. The ice machine worked and the suite we had was nice enough, so we were happy. The strip on the floor in the doorway to the bedroom was torn up and made closing the door near impossible at times. Also, the water pressure was low to dribbling, so don't stay here for more than a couple of days (unless you like soap and shampoo in your hair). We would stay here again, but not for more than a couple of days at a time. Go check out the Safari Park, it's the reason we visit!

Clean but uncomfortable
Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel itself appeared clean. Our room however smelled of sweaty feet. The beds were extremely uncomfortable so much so that I ended up sitting up on the couch for half the night.

Our hotel first didn’t have any light bulbs that turned on then switched rooms and it was sooo stinky.
Card keys kept not working had to get to front desk when we returned from being out. Cobwebs everywhere. It was an old stinky dirty place.

As for the second guestroom that you were moved to, none of these issues were reported to any of the staff during your 3-day stay or at check-out. We will look into them immediately though so thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Good location to Universities.
Rooms not cleaned daily.

As previously stated, many brands, including ours, do not clean our stayover guests' rooms daily but instead, every other day in an effort to be more climate conscious. This information is communicated to all of our guests' prior to their stay, at check-in, and again during the stay so that they are aware of this information.
