Excellent hotel for our overnight stay for state football game at Kroger field. Nice rooms, nice atmosphere with great food! Staff was very nice as well! We will definitely stay here again!!

Dated but nice. Room is not great but a comfortable bed and decent amenities. Ended up in an ADA room that we did not want or request. Pictures missing from the walls and not the cleanest place. Breakfast selection was good but buffet items were all cold (eggs & sausage). Pretty sure we won’t be back here on our planned future trips for home relocation plans. Coffee at breakfast was pretty good.

Beautiful lobby, wonderful staff, bad room
The lobby was amazing. The staff was great. The floors were quite dirty. There were sequins on the floor clearly from an event. When we got to the room though, there was a tear in the arm of the chair, an animal had clearly chewed it on the trim, there was a significant gap between the shower head ring and the wall where you could see behind the tile, and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling.
