If a clerk is at the front desk the stay is fine.
Publié le 9 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived and no one was at the front desk. We waited and when no one was around we had to go searching to find someone to check us in. After that the stay was good. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. My recommendation is if the front desk clerk has other duties at least have some way to notify them they have guests to attend to. It wasn’t very appealing to have to look for a desk clerk.

Great location, clean room. Breakfast buffet not good. Also, made hotel choice based partly on presence of hot tub, but hot tub not working and roped off. That was disappointing.
