Hard floors should probably not be used in hotel rooms on upper floors. We didn't sleep the last night we were there because of children upstairs running back and forth and rolling the desk chair all over above us.

It was like going home - fresh clean room, good breakfast and lots of smiles Mrs Kristen and other ladies were very professional and great customer care - they went beyond the service required to make the guest welcome !
