Good Morning Ralph,Thank you for leaving a review for your stay with us. We value and appreciate you being our guest. I apologize for the issue you experienced with towels and soap. We do have bulk amenities in our guest bath rooms, meaning that we provide body wash, handwash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner in bottles for easy access. We provide the required total amount of towels that IHG requires per brand standard. However, please keep in mind that when rooms are cleaned, we do not know how many guests will be in that room the next time it is booked. Which is why we always have extra towels, washcloths, bathmats, and face towels at the front desk. We hope to see you again the next time you are in our area.
