Nice stop before home.

I was not expecting much by looking at the building. We were just looking for a 1 night stay on our way back home. The staff was really nice and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

Disappointed
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOur visit was bumpy at the start. The check-in equipment was incredibly slow and malfunctioning. With two people in front of me it took nearly 15 minutes to get checked in. I found it a little befuddling that the clerk loudly declared that three consecutive customers had their credit cards declined. I didn’t understand this comment in that all the cards were approved seconds later. I guess this could be attributed to the equipment malfunction.
I found the common areas needed cleaning, especially, the inside of the elevators doors.
The room cleanliness was satisfactory.
