Excellent Stay!
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur Hotels I walked inside and it smelled so nice! The staff greeted me and checked in on me. The room was spacious and smelled fresh and clean as well. I was comfortable and felt very safe. The pool room was warm and comfortable. My grandson really enjoyed it. Breakfast was tops! I will definitely stay here again.

only there for a night but found the hotel to be meticulously clean. staff downstairs were very helpful and friendly. dog friendly is always a big plus for me. great place for a longer stay since the kitchenette in each room is very nice and appointed well. would definitely stay again.

Can hear dogs barking, people tromping around upstairs, noisy refrigerator. Strange shower controls. Mediocre breakfast

We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. Please don’t hesitate to let the front desk know when another guest is disturbing you. I’m confident that they can resolve this issue. Our shower does have directions in each guest room. The spa showers can be confusing though. We will work to improve our breakfast offerings. Once again we are very sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations. I hope that you would consider us again if you ever return to the area.
