The cottage is so neat, clean, and inviting, and had every amenity you could think of. The owner is very friendly and the grounds are gorgeous. We will definitely make this a destination for future getaways.

Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaywe were on a buisness trip and enjoyed this cottage.The cottage had everything we needed to be able to prepare meals, relax in the evening and enjoy walks among the horses. it also had great views. the place was clean and the host responded quickly to questions we hope to return in the fall

Homey horse farm cottage
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was beautiful! We woke up every morning to horses outside our windows! Every night we would walk and visit the mother and baby horses and take in the beautiful views.
John was very helpful with suggestions and directions and answering all of our horse farm questions.
The cottage was perfect for the two of us, had everything we needed for a comfortable cozy stay.
Would definitely recommend!

Homey Horse Farm
Publié le 7 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was better than we ever expected. The quiet peaceful surroundings, horses everywhere, and the property owners were amazing! The cottage was so cute, honey and clean. Our morning view out the front window was incredible. We hope to return one day!

Convenient and Beautiful

It is conveniently located and in a beautiful setting surrounded by horses and green paddocks. John and Debbie are very friendly and helpful. Was lovely to see all the fouls that were born in the weeks before we got there.

Fall Trip
Publié le 29 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I decided on Lexington for our fall getaway. He enjoys bourbon & I love horses, so this was the best for both worlds. We LOVED staying on this property and walking around visiting the horses each day. The location was convenient to all of the things we had planned ; Old Friends (highly recommend) Bourbon & Keeneland. The peaceful surroundings and countryside views beat a hotel any day of the week! We will definitely be back again.

Unsanitary

We found mouse feces in the bed. We immediately called the host who did not have another property available but insured us he would refund our money spent.
We called the EVOLVE TEAM according to instructions only to receive an email stating because we did not follow proper procedures they could not refund our payment to them in the amount of $484.62. We had to get another hotel costing us another $400!
