The room spelled moldy. I will not be staying there again.

The manager Byron was very nice and understanding to my issues. Desk Worker Liz was nothing but outstanding. Her personality cheerfully and compelling and her social Skllls were impeccable

Showed up and was told reservation was cancelled when I never did. In her defence she did create one for us to compensate. Room was dirty. Half the stuff was broken in there. Fridge didnt work, pool is green. Half of one of the plugs was exposed and sparked when you tried to plug something in the bottom one. 4 of our lights didnt work. The clock and 2 lights were not plugged in and I wonder why because there was no plug anywhere to be seen around there. Place looks run down. It says its under renovation, however the supplies around the property look like they havent been touched for a while. I came here cause it had a decent rating and 10/10 reviews. Either they are property owner reviews or some people have really low standards.
