Two rooms and both were filthy not even cleaned from previous customers… had to litterly insist on refund and couldn’t get copy of refund receipt.. had to get “manager” let me take pic of the receipt… this was on sept 22. Had to call Expedia today cause no refund was refunded after 1 week.. sketchy hotel!

I just needed a place to sleep tonight so I was not picky. The room was clean and well made. Check in was easy. The hallways smelled of paint, showing that the owners were making recent efforts for upkeep. Looked good, other than some paint spots on the carpet. The only negative thing is that the bed sheets had multiple noticeable stains. This app won’t let me upload any photos to show the sheet stains, but the second bed had no stains. I assume it’s just aesthetics, but maybe there is a way to use more bleach?

The entire hotel is completely different than what is shown online when booking. We asked the front desk why everything looked different as the shower heads were rusty and old and the shower tubs had a slime residue build up that could be God knows what. He explained to me that they underwent “renovations”. I’ve never heard of a hotel down grading to rusty shower heads and slimy thick shower floors..very inexcusable and hazardous.
